The Casey County Fair Educational and Agricultural Fair is held in June of each year.  Below is a list of events held during the Casey County Fair to give you an idea of what happens during that time.  It is fun and excitment you don't want to miss!!

FRIDAY, June 3

Admission $8.00.  Everyone pays gate admission.

SATURDAY, June 4

Admission $5.00. Everyone pays gate admission.

Dairy Show

Got Milk??? We depend on these animals each and every day for their milk production. Known for being one of the top Dairy Shows in the state this year will be no exception. Come watch the top dairy cattle from across the state show why they should be champion in their respective class. The show will take place in the indoor arena. Miss Casey County Fair Pre-Teen

Open for ages 8-12. Interviews begin at 1 p.m. (Entry fee). Compete in interview, sportswear, and evening gown.  Register at door. For more information contact Beverly Hoskins, (606) 787-8272.

3-9 p.m .

Inflatables

4 p.m .

Miss Casey County Fair Teen

Ages 13-15. Interviews begin at 3 p.m. (Entry fee). Compete in interview, sportswear, and evening gown. Register at door. For more information contact Beverly Hoskins, 606-787-8272.

Fun Dog Show

Bring your dog for a fun show! For more information contact Freddie Whited, 606-787-9297.

5 p.m.

Pleasure Horse Show

Always popular at the fair is the Pleasure Horse Show. This year’s show will feature 34 classes, including miniature, walking, racking, and quarter horses. Local riders will compete for bragging rights to see whose horse can come out on top. This show will be in the outdoor horse arena. Beef Show

Where’s the beef? At the Casey County Fair of course! Sure to be one of the largest beef shows in o ur area this year. The show will be held in our state-of-the-art covered arena. Premiums will be paid by voucher. No split classes. For more information contact Tim Spears, 606-303-3929.

8 p.m.

Beauty Pageant (Miss Casey County Fair)

Open to ages 16-21. Interviews begin at 6 p.m. (Entry fee). Compete in interview, one piece swimsuit and evening gown. Register at door. For more information contact Beverly Hoskins at 606-787-8272.

 

SUNDAY, June 5        

Admission $5.00.  Everyone pays gate admission.

2 p.m.

Youth and Baby Pageants

The youth pageants are always one of the larger draws for the fair as everyone comes to watch their pride and joy compete. The whole family can come and enjoy this pageant in the air-conditioned Pork Producers building. This pageant is an open pageant and is for ages birth to 7 years. (Entry fee). Little Miss & Mr. Casey County Fair

MONDAY, JUNE 6

The Casey County Fair invites you to come and enjoy the fair. The night is sure to be filled with lots of events and fun.

Battle Of The Bands

ATV Drag Race

Pedal Tractor Pull

Youngsters pedal a tractor while pulling a weighted sled. Possibly preparing for a future pulling career? Located in the big barn. For more information call Randy Dial at 606-706-1495.

Power Wheels

Kids bring your battery operated vehicle and race against your friends! These youngsters take this pretty serious as they race towards the finish line. Located in the horse arena. For more information call Randy Dial at 606-706-1495.
